Guided encounters are saved in this browser using localStorage. Encounter labels, exam findings, risk selections, and edited summaries are not sent to the prediction API. The guided flow computes the existing risk score locally. Use non-identifying labels and notes only.

The standalone risk calculator sends selected feature booleans to the prediction API, with a local fallback. Lesion tracking saves data in localStorage; other tools may hold inputs only for the current page.

Browser storage has no account sync or backup. Clearing browser data, private browsing, or storage limits can remove records or prevent saving. Switching browsers or devices does not transfer records. Anyone with access to this browser may be able to read saved data. We cannot recover local records. Copy reviewed summaries to your approved clinical record before deleting encounters.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, so we can see which tools are actually used and where improvement is worthwhile. It records the page visited, the referring site, and coarse details such as country, device type, and browser.

It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We cannot identify individual users or link a visit to a person, an institution, or a patient. No clinical information you enter is included; encounter page views are excluded. Other page addresses do not contain the data you type.

The feedback form is the only place where you can deliberately send us information. It transmits exactly what you type into it, including an email address if you choose to provide one, and we use it only to read and respond to your feedback.

Please do not enter patient-identifying information into the feedback form.

The application is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — processes the technical requests needed to serve pages to you. The risk score itself is calculated in your browser and continues to work with no network connection at all.
