MF/SS Staging Tool
MF/SS only. Enter clinician-established categories, not findings inferred from missing tests. N1 to N3 require histopathologic assessment; enlarged nodes alone cannot assign them.
ISCL/USCLC/EORTC staging update (2022), Table 2The 2022 update uses absolute aberrant-cell counts for blood class and records clonality separately. A matching skin and blood clone matters for Sézary diagnosis. The app omits subcategories and does not diagnose Sézary syndrome.

Complete, supported TNMB categories are required. Unknown or unassessed categories are not negative findings.
ISCL/USCLC/EORTC stage groups (2011), Table 2App convention: any unknown category withholds the overall stage for specialist review, even when a known compartment may establish advanced disease. This is not a published staging rule.
TNMB reference
Skin
- T1: Limited patches/plaques covering <10% of skin surface
- T2: Patches/plaques covering ≥10% of skin surface
- T3: One or more tumors ≥1 cm with deep infiltration or vertical growth
- T4: Confluence of erythema covering ≥80% of body surface area
Nodes
- Not assessed: App option: no nodal assessment recorded
- Nx: Abnormal nodes without pathologic determination
- N0: No clinically abnormal peripheral lymph nodes
- N1: Clinically abnormal nodes; Dutch grade 1 (NCI LN0-2)
- N2: Clinically abnormal nodes; Dutch grade 2 (NCI LN3)
- N3: Clinically abnormal nodes; Dutch grade 3-4 (NCI LN4)
Viscera
- Unassessed: Visceral involvement neither confirmed nor refuted; assessment incomplete
- M0: No visceral organ involvement
- M1: Clinician-established visceral involvement; document involved organs and confirmation method
Blood
- Bx / unassessed: Blood burden cannot be quantified or has not been assessed
- B0: <250/μL CD4+CD26− (or CD4+CD7−) cells; no significant blood involvement
- B1: Low blood tumor burden; does not meet criteria for B0 or B2 (250 to <1000/μL)
- B2: High blood tumor burden; ≥1000/μL CD4+CD26− (or CD4+CD7−) cells or another aberrant population by flow cytometry; assess clonality separately
